We had the most wonderful time in Rome, and that had a lot to do with our hosts Gianluca and Agostino and all the help and advice they gave us on how best to navigate Rome.
The room was spacious, bright and airy. It was lovely, especially the coffee machine!! The breakfasts are awesome; you can have them in your room or in the kitchen, whatever you decide. There was so much to eat, it defiantly lasted us until lunchtime. We were glad of the lift in the hallway: especially with the suitcase or after a long day sightseeing.
Gianluca gave us the most brilliant map and pointed out all the attractions and sights that we wanted to see, and other places that we didn't even know about! Restaurants were also marked, and suggestions on which routes to take to get to places were also highlighted. This map was like gold to us!! Gianluca sat and booked by telephone places that we wanted to visit so we could avoid the queues, and Agostino booked our online visits for us the following day. This really helped us to organize our days and avoid long queues. They did so much for us, even printing off our plane tickets for our return home; they felt like friends from the beginning.
Gianluca and Agostino gave us so much advice and help; they really made our visit wonderful. It can be quite confusing visiting a busy city not in your language, but with their help and guidance it was a breeze. I would love to go back to Rome, and there would be no other place that I would stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quodlibet. The breakfast and accommodation were both excellent.
