About my score: If I give 10 it would mean that they could not improve. Therefore I give 9, never stop improving!
That said: I was very, very satisfied. A friendly welcome (and a bonus that the innkeepers know my hometown very well ;-) was the first impression. Perfect. And this impression of the staff was the same during my entire stay: serviceminded and helpful.
The room had everything that I wanted and was cleaned every day.
I am sure that I have found my little place in Rome. So keep up the good work and I will be looking forward to see you again.
