This guest spent his holiday in bed and breakfast in Rome at Quodlibet on: 8/2014
We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Gianluca is an experienced host and was helpful, warm and full of suggestions.
The room: Normal sized European room with plenty of cupboard and shelf space which made storage much easier. The room was clean with extra bed linen. Room was cleaned and tidied daily and I felt comfortable walking around with no shoes on. The room had AC and a large window so adjusting the room temperature was no problem. Room had double glazing so no noise could be heard from the street level.
Bathroom: Although small, there was lots of shelf space so we were able to store our toiletries easily. Bathroom was very clean and the towels were changed daily. There was also a hairdryer with lots of power which meant that I didnt have to use a plug adaptor or converter in the bathroom. Made things much easier. Water pressure was good and toilets flushed easily.
Breakfast: A great selection was provided including boiled eggs and fruit which I always appreciate as I am somewhat intolerant to gluten. Gianluca makes a lovely coffee! The kitchen was available for use during the day and evening and coffee was always available. There was also a Nespresso machine in our room.
Location: 600m from the Vatican and 200m from the nearest Metro. Easily accessible and made getting around Rome a pleasure!
I would highly recommend this B & B when staying in Rome. Gianluca is the perfect host, speaks perfect English and makes you feel very welcome. We also appreciated the bottle of wine we received when we left. Thank you for a comfortable stay Gianluca!
