This guest spent his holiday in bed and breakfast in Rome at Quodlibet on: 10/2013
Quod Libet is very well located and has direct access from the train station to Metro stop Ottaviano. It is a 10 minute walk to the Vatican. Gianluca offered a very warm welcome, much appreciated refreshments and a helpful introduction to the neighborhood and the city including locating favorite restaurants and gelateria on the map. All suggestions were spot-on. We enjoyed all the recommended restaurants in the neighborhood -even went back twice to one of them.
The rooms are tastefully appointed and super clean with access to a shared, fully furnished kitchen. A small refrigerator in the room is stocked with water and juice- a very nice touch. The breakfast, delivered to the room, is bountiful and includes boiled eggs, cheese, meats, yogurt, fresh fruit, toasts, coffee with fresh croissants and breakfast rolls from the bakery on the ground floor of the building.
Our room looked out onto a central court, making for a very quiet oasis. The bed is very comfortable.
Both Gianluca and Agostino (brothers-in-law) are available to make restaurant, museum and taxi reservations. When the occasion arises for another trip to Rome, Quod Libet is where we will stay. The inn bears its name well!
