This guest spent his holiday in bed and breakfast in Rome at Quodlibet on: 5/2013
My husband and I stayed for 4ngts late May 2013. Having booked QuodLibet over the internet after having read numerous reviews, we were very happy with our choice and would very happily stay at this bed and breakfast again. The 'Blue Room' was very spacious for a European hotel (room to put one's bags and still be able to walk around the room). We also had a day bed and a table and 4 chairs and still space along with good size ensuite bathroom. The room was clean, not cluttered and well appointed. There is also good wifi reception.
Agostino and Gianluca were friendly hosts who were happy to chat and provide information about their city and recommend places to eat. This establishment is close to the Vatican City with a metro station a very short walk from the front door. There is a small kitchen where guests can make tea and coffee and if you're lucky, there may be a delicious cornetto or biscuit to go with it. There are also mini bars in the rooms.
The breakfast provided is huge and kept us going to mid afternoon. Cornettos (filled with chocolate and vanilla cream), fresh bread (it became the benchmark thereafter), salami, eggs, cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurt, tea, coffee, juice. We had problems fitting it in but gave it a good go.
Downstairs there is a 24hour bakery that smelt great and was always busy, but . . . we were always so full, that we never got to try it out. If you have a late departure from Rome, the guys are more than happy for you to leave bags at hotel.
