Che ha soggiornato in bed and breakfast a Roma presso il QuodLibet nel mese di: 11/2012
We stayed for five nights Oct-Nov 2012.Reaching this lovely property couldnt be easier, the metro from rome termini station is easy to use, clean and cheap.A BTi ticket for your duration of stay will give you bus, train and tram rides.Once you exit at Ottaviano stn onto via barletta, you need only cross the road and you have reached the property.we travelled as a family with two under ten year olds and a leisurely stroll to st peters square is only ten minutes away.Quodlibet accomodation is of a very high standard, modernly and purposefully furnished, even with four in a room we had adequate space and as a couple it would be more than ample. The accomodatiuon is very quiet inside but you are in a city and there is some road noise, but nothing that kept me awake. There is a distinct lack of tourist info in italy. If you ask for a leaflet on something an information centre will give it you but you have to know what it is you want. lucky then that at this accomodation you can have a long chat with the owners over a coffee and they will be only to happy to give you a detailed map, hints, places to eat and make reservations at attractions for you if you need it which was extremely kind.we tried three of the restaurant recommendations,Da Francesco behind Piazza Navonne,Nonna Betta in the jewish quarter and Da Augusto all were excellent and reasonable, like any city getting you in to eat is big important business sadly once you have sat down that expieirence can end but the restaurants I have listed had excellent menus and good friendly service. To be this close to the centre of Rome, with easy connections to all parts of the city and to enjoy lovely rooms and superb breakfasts you will not beat this accomodation,we were treated as friends not just guests,it is excellent value for money and i would advise booking early as this little Rome secret will not stay thay way forever!!
