My husband and I can not say enough good things about our stay at Quodlibet. We stayed there from October 12 - 16. Agostino was extremely welcoming and helpful - even before we arrived, sending e-mails with directions and offering safety tips. The rooms are clean and charming. Either Agostino or his brother-in-law, who runs Quodlibet with him, are there every morning, attentively serving breakfast and offering advise and suggestions. Agostino's dinner recommendations were right on every time. The location is what led me to Quodlibet. It is right next to a Metro station and within walking distance of the Vatican. As an added bonus, there is a 24 hour bakery right next to the front door. My husband and I did Walk of Italy's Pristine Sistine tour and were able to easily walk to the tours meeting place. Because we had to leave for the tour before breakfast was served Agostino very thoughtfully laid out some food for us the night before.
My husband and I were fortunate enough to spend a month in Italy, starting in Sicily and ending in Milan. Our stay at Quodlibet was one of the highlights of our trip. We wholeheartedly recommend it. Stay here!
Gianluca was patiently waiting our arrival. After showing us our quaint room, we sat down and with glasses of juice, and a Rome map in hand Gianluca colour coded the map with the routes to the key attractions, and some excellent restaurants. The location was perfect (10 minutes to St Peter's and the Vatican, 2 minutes to the metro). Breakfast was simple and more than ample. (Sorry Gianluca, but Agustino makes a slightly better cappuccino, we had two each morning). Overall the B&B was perfect. The rooms are clean, well kept, and the breakfast excellent, and Gianluca and Agustino and their staff are great hosts.
Would definitely consider staying at QuodLibet again in the future.
