We stayed 3 nights at the Quodlibet in September. It's a fantastic location if you plan on visiting the Vatican as it is only about a 10-15 minute walk away. There is also an underground metro station about a block or two down the street. The bed and breakfast is on the fourth floor of the building and has a rooftop terrace where we had our breakfast. After we checked in, we visited on the terrace with Agostino and he gave us a map and an overview of the area. His restaurant recommendations were great. The Quodlibet Guest House was very accommodating to our needs as we had two early morning starts and they made a special effort to be there to provide us with breakfast. They also booked our taxi to the airport and waited downstairs with us until the taxi came. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay! As an aside, while in this area, I would recommend getting in on a tour of the Castel Sant'Angelo. We we're so focused on the Vatican museums, St. Peter's Basilica and Sistine Chapel that we almost missed the Castel Sant'Angelo. That too, is a must see!
If you are visiting Rome for a few days to see the sites and are looking for a nice room with en suite bathroom in a convenient location with a few excellent ?just-round-the-corner? Italian restaurants then stay here. It is tastefully decorated, the breakfast is good and owner/manager Agostino is delightful, accommodating and extremely helpful. Near a Metro Station, 10 minutes walk from the Vatican and 20 minutes from the Pantheon. A great base for a short stay. We will be back!
